Re-sound is a sound healing studio based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, offering gong immersion sound baths designed to help you rest, reset and go.

Led by Andrew, each 60-minute session guides you through a carefully structured sonic journey — from gentle opening breathwork and grounding rhythms through to immersive gong peaks — using instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, medicine drums and chimes.

Group sessions are held at the Quaker Meeting House venue, with private sessions, sessions for two, and bespoke corporate wellness or event bookings also available. The experience is tailored to calm the nervous system, release tension and restore inner balance.
