Re-Stack Pilates is a boutique mat-based Pilates studio run by Veronica, a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor based in Frome. The studio offers small-group and one-to-one classes with a strong focus on core strength, posture, rehabilitation, and pre- and postnatal support.

Classes include Mum & Baby Pilates, Post Pilates online sessions, Aerial Pilates (Pilates in a hammock), and bespoke one-to-one or small-group sessions at the client's chosen venue or virtually. Veronica brings specialist training in pre- and postnatal exercise, small equipment Pilates, and orthopaedic conditions, and continues to develop her expertise through ongoing CPD.
