Founded by Leanne, a Polestar-certified instructor with a background in professional dance, Sona focuses on creating efficiency in the body through movement, strategy and joy — helping clients ease everyday aches, improve posture, support recovery, and simply feel stronger and more connected in daily life.

Classes are intentionally small (max 7 for mat, max 4 for equipment) and warmly inclusive, with no Pilates police.
