Soul Pilates Paintworks is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio located at the vibrant Paintworks creative quarter in south Bristol (BS4), a short walk from Knowle, Brislington, and Totterdown.

The newest addition to the Soul family, the studio offers intelligent, strength-focused Reformer and equipment classes seven days a week across multiple levels — from beginner Align classes through to advanced Empower sessions. Expert instructors, free on-site parking, and a welcoming community ethos make it easy to build strength, improve posture, and feel incredible.

Beyond regular classes, Soul Paintworks hosts wellness workshops, Pilates parties, hen parties, corporate events, and private sessions.
