Re-Stack Pilates is a small, instructor-led Pilates business run by a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher, with extra training in small equipment, aerial Pilates and pre- and postnatal exercise. The site's hallmark is Mum & Baby Pilates, which helps new mums regain core strength, tone and flexibility while the babies are included too.

One-to-one and one-to-two sessions are also offered, at a client's home, a venue of their choice or online, and small group classes are available on request. Classes listed on the site run in Frome.
