Realign Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, led by instructor Gilly. Classes are designed for all levels — from complete beginners to those with prior Pilates experience — and focus on improving core strength, flexibility, posture and pelvic floor health.

Gilly teaches modern Pilates with a warm, fun and supportive approach, adapting exercises to suit individual needs and existing conditions. Classes run across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with morning and evening slots available. One-to-one sessions can also be arranged at Gilly's home in Marple, at your own home, or via video call.
