Lauri North Pilates is a friendly Pilates studio based in Cheadle Hulme, run by qualified instructor Lauri North who has been teaching since 2006.

Trained with the Body Control Pilates Association, Lauri offers classes for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced — welcoming a wide range of clients including those recovering from injury, seeking better posture and core stability, or simply looking for a relaxed and social workout.

Classes are held at All Saints Parish Rooms in Cheadle Hulme, a short walk from the station with on-site parking.
