Repz Gym is Colchester's number one independent gym, owned by Ben Rowe with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. Offering a friendly and motivating atmosphere, the gym caters for total beginners through to advanced-level athletes. It is equipped with premium brands including Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Watson, Cybex, Precor, Panatta and Escape.
Facilities include plate-loaded machines, free weights, lifting platforms, resistance equipment, a 25m outdoor mobility track, Olympic lifting platform, dual adjustable cable machines, a full cardio range, and a supplement bar. Personal trainers can hire the facility from £7 per session.
In-house coaching is available through Team Benbo Physique Coaching, specialising in body transformations and contest prep.
