Resistance PT is a private personal training studio in Elm Park, Hornchurch, led by head coach Tommy. The studio offers 1-2-1 personal training, strength and conditioning for amateur to professional athletes, and a range of weekly group classes including boxing, kickboxing, MMA striking, kids kickboxing, and S&C.
Online training programmes and pre-built plans are also available. Every programme is tailored to the individual — whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, boost confidence, or take your sport to the next level.
