Touch Gloves Boxing is a boxing gym in Newbury Park, Ilford, led by Head Coach and Founder Sultan Malik — a BBBofC-licensed professional boxing coach known as the 'Paddest Man On The Planet'. The gym welcomes complete beginners through to competitive amateur and professional boxers, offering structured group classes for men, women, kids, and juniors across the week.
Classes are run by Coach Suli alongside assistant coach Umar Khan, a professional boxer. The gym is the recipient of the Community Impact Award at the Muslim Boxing Awards 2025.
