The gym welcomes complete beginners through to competitive amateur and professional boxers, offering structured group classes for men, women, kids, and juniors across the week.

Classes are run by Coach Suli alongside assistant coach Umar Khan, a professional boxer. The gym is the recipient of the Community Impact Award at the Muslim Boxing Awards 2025.
