Revenge Boxing is a women-focused boxing fitness studio in Northwich, founded in January 2017 by Elly (Ellie Hamilton) as a positive outlet for mental health and female empowerment. Classes include high-energy She-BOX pad work and cardio sessions, She-BOX & Strength circuits, skills-focused technique classes, and a Girls With Gloves youth programme for ages 8–16.
The studio also offers a six-week BoxN'Shred nutrition programme and franchise opportunities for women wanting to bring the concept to their own community.
