Revive Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio based at Lubards Farm, Rayleigh, Essex. Founded by Zara, who discovered her passion for Pilates in Bali, the studio offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all ages and fitness levels.
Classes range from beginner-friendly Reformer Foundations to dynamic Reformer Signature and advanced Reformer Athletic sessions, as well as a specialist Mum & Baby reformer class. The studio focuses on building core strength, flexibility, posture and overall well-being through mindful movement.
