Rhinos Gymnasium is Stamford's longest-established independent gym, open since June 2013 and founded by father and son Nicholas and Samuel Swann.

Spanning a huge 14,000 sq ft facility — including a 10,000 sq ft main gym floor — it is the largest and most diverse gym in the area, with over 250 pieces of equipment covering cardiovascular, free weights, resistance machines, functional and strength kit.

Named 'UK's Best Independent Gym' by Men's Health in 2016, Rhinos is a friendly, family-run gym welcoming everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. Services include personal training, studio classes, studio hire, health supplements, and its own clothing range. The gym also hosts the annual Rhinos Classic bodybuilding competition and Rhinos Strongman events.
