Ringside Boxing Gym is a fully equipped boxing gym in Bow, East London, welcoming men and women of all abilities. The gym features a full-size professional boxing ring, free weights area, spinning bikes, rowing machines and punch bags.

Head trainer Peter Swinney is an experienced boxing coach who has guided many professional boxers to title honours, and also welcomes complete beginners looking to learn the art of boxing or get fit through boxing training. Men's and women's Boxfit classes run three times a week, and studio space is available for personal trainers to hire.
