Novo Armory

Novo Armory is a boutique combat and strength gym in London offering a diverse timetable of group sessions — including Boxing, Muay Thai, Strength, Lift, Calisthenics, Conditioning, and a dedicated Spin studio. Gym access is class-based, with staffed hours running 6am–10pm on weekdays and 8am–2pm on Saturdays.

One-to-one coaching is also available, delivering structured, goal-driven sessions with real-time technique feedback. Members benefit from full body scans, private changing facilities, small group classes, and community events.
