Ripped Gym Basildon is one of the largest weight training gyms in Essex, open to beginners, bodybuilders, professional athletes and anyone looking to get in shape.
The gym features the largest Hammer Strength facility in the UK, a wide selection of free weights and cardio machines, a 1,400 sq ft fully-matted combat zone with a 16ft boxing ring, ringside bags and functional equipment. On-site extras include a kitchen, shake bar, barbers and a sports therapist.
The award-winning FightClub offers boxing, kickboxing, circuit training, HIIT and boot camp classes for adults and children of all levels. Personal training packages and pay-as-you-go passes are available to both members and non-members.
