Roe Reformer brings low-impact, full-body Reformer Pilates to Limavady in a supportive and welcoming space. Founded by Sinead Watt, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, the studio offers classes for every level — from Intro and Level 1 through to Level 2, plus specialist sessions including Men's Reformer, Prenatal, and Postnatal Reformer.

Inspired by the beauty of the Roe Valley, the studio is a place where movement meets mindfulness and community comes first.
