Runway Fitness

Runway Fitness is a small, independent boutique gym in Eastwood, Rochford where every session is coached by a Personal Trainer — included in your membership. With sessions running from 7:15 am through to the evening up to 7 days a week, the studio offers structured, personalised training alongside a supportive community.

Beyond PT, Runway offers a range of exercise-to-music and dance classes (Boxercise, Pilates, Powerhoop, Salsa, Sweat and more), in-house sports massage therapy, studio hire, first dance tuition, children's parties and salsa/latin dance private lessons.
