Sage Pilates & Wellness is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio set in a converted barn just off the A12 near Ardleigh, surrounded by open countryside and close to a vineyard. With only six reformers, classes stay small and personal, led by a small team of experienced instructors who focus on progress over perfection.

The timetable runs three 50-minute Reformer classes: Gentle Flow, a slow restorative option that suits beginners, prenatal and postpartum clients and seniors; Essentials, which teaches classical principles of breath, alignment and flow; and Elevate, a more dynamic intermediate/advanced class.

Members can book through the studio's app or online portal, and secure on-site parking is available. New clients can start with a three-class intro offer.
