Salsa is Life is a Cuban dance school in Bristol founded and run by Tania and Abelardo Salabet. Abelardo grew up in Old Havana, was formally trained in Latin dance, and taught at the renowned 'Salsabor a Cuba' school in Havana before moving to the UK.

The school offers classes in all styles of Cuban dance — including Salsa (Beginners, Improvers and Advanced), Rueda de Casino, Afro-Cuban Rumba, Folklore Yoruba, Son, Cha Cha Chá and Mambo — taught in a stepwise manner to build technique and confidence at every level. Classes are kept small and the ethos is one of fun, inclusivity and community.

Private lessons, wedding dance choreography and special events such as open days, workshops and charity fundraisers are also available.
