Sam Wilson Zara Health & Wellness is a women's-only health and wellness studio founded in 2002 and based in Weymouth, Dorset.

Set in a light, airy studio with plenty of greenery, it offers a wide range of programmes including HER female fitness, Yoga & Pilates, Kettlebells, personal training, small group PT, FitMum pre- and postnatal sessions, and a Vitality perimenopause/menopause programme. The studio also runs signature events and day and residential retreats.

With a team of experienced female trainers, the focus is on holistic wellbeing, sustainable habits, and building a warm and inclusive community for women at every stage of life.
