Sandrine's Pilates is Kent's original and premier Pilates, Barre and TRX studio, established in Tunbridge Wells in 2001.

The open-plan studio is fully equipped with Reformers, Tower, Chair, TRX and Barre, and specialises in rehabilitation for back and knee conditions, Pilates for runners, breast cancer and osteoporosis support, and women's wellness services covering pre & post pregnancy, diastasis recti, pelvic floor and menopause.

All instructors are experienced in modifying exercises for every level, from complete beginners to instructor candidates. The studio also runs accredited teacher training programmes in Mat, Equipment and the BarrePlus method.
