Sauna&Plunge is a modern social wellness space in the heart of Shoreditch, London, built around evidence-based heat and cold therapy. The venue features Finnish saunas (85°C), infrared saunas (60°C), and 3D-printed eco-material cold plunge pools at 12°C, 6°C, and 3°C, designed for intentional contrast therapy sessions.

A light-filled studio hosts yoga, mat Pilates, breathwork, and sound healing classes led by some of London's most respected instructors. A boutique café lounge serves coffee, matcha, cacao, juices, and healthy snacks in a calm, social setting.

Everything is designed to complement each other — movement, heat, cold, breath, and rest — creating a full recovery and wellness ritual beneath the Shoreditch streets.
