Scale Pilates is an intimate, semi-private boutique reformer Pilates garden studio in Kidbrooke, SE3, designed exclusively for women. Led by APPI-certified instructor Sowmya — a specialist in pre & postnatal and spinal rehabilitation — the studio offers small-group reformer sessions, matwork, pregnancy & postnatal classes, and private 1:1 sessions.

Training is structured around deliberate progression and personal attention, so members build lasting strength, improved posture and confident movement. New clients typically begin with the 'Reformer Ready' introductory workshop before moving into weekly or twice-weekly membership.
