Sculpt is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Hayes, Bromley, offering small-group classes capped at just 5 reformer beds. With a strong focus on personal coaching and attention to detail, the studio provides a range of class levels — from Fundamentals for beginners through to Intermediate-Advanced — as well as Sculpt Strength and Sculpt Stretch sessions.
Private sessions (1:1 to 5:1) and celebratory group bookings are also available, making it suitable for all levels including pre/postnatal and those recovering from injury.
