Sea Breeze Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio located in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea, housed in the iconic Grade II listed Marine Court building right on the seafront.

As the original and most established Pilates studio in the area, Sea Breeze offers expert-led group Reformer classes across all levels, 1-1 private sessions, workshops, retreats, and professional STOTT PILATES® instructor education. The fully refurbished, light-filled studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Merrithew™ apparatus and boasts stunning sea views.

New clients are invited to begin with a free 30-minute Reformer Orientation before joining classes.
