Seedhars Taekwon-Do Schools is a martial arts school founded by Mr Harish C Seedhar and Mr Dhanish Seedhar, who began their Taekwon-Do journey in 2000. Operating clubs in Stanmore and Ilford, the school offers fun and interactive Taekwon-Do classes for all ages and abilities in excellent facilities.
Students benefit from a strong lineage connected to the UKGT and Grand Master Sahota, with regular events including an annual Black Belt Training Seminar hosted at the Stanmore venue. Special sibling and family discounts are available, and all newcomers are welcome to try a free taster session.
