Shindo Wadokai Karate & Kickboxing Association (SWKA) is a family-friendly martial arts club founded in 2013 and led by Chief Instructor Shihan Pete Fawbert. The club teaches Wadoryu Karate as its primary style, with additional influences from Shitoryu, Gojuryu and Shotokan Karate, as well as Kickboxing classes introduced in 2023.
SWKA welcomes everyone from age 5 upwards, regardless of ability, offering traditional karate practice alongside full-contact training and modern self-defence. Classes run in Sherborne (Karate & Kickboxing) as well as multiple locations across Wales. The club is a proud member of the National Martial Arts Committee of Great Britain.
