Shore Pilates Studios is a boutique classical reformer and tower Pilates studio offering multi-level classes for all ages, abilities, and genders. Founded by co-founders Georgina Sayer and Lauren Arredia, who together bring over 50 years of teaching experience across the UK, USA, and Australia, the studio blends Joseph Pilates fundamentals with modern creative choreography.

Classes range from Essentials (beginner) through to Mastery (Level 4), with a dedicated Pilates Prime programme for those aged 65+. New members are invited to try their first Essentials class completely free.
