Parkstone Pilates is a small boutique Pilates studio in Poole, purpose built and brand new in 2026. Reformer classes are capped at six for personal attention, with all levels welcome.
The studio is led by fully qualified teachers at Level 3 and 4 — the highest industry standard — and offers reformer, matwork and live online classes, as well as teacher training and a SET Pilates equipment showroom.
