Shore Pilates Studios is a boutique classical reformer and Tower Pilates studio in Westbourne, Bournemouth, founded by co-founders Georgina Sayer and Lauren Arredia, who together bring over 50 years of teaching experience across the UK, USA and Australia.

The studio stays true to Joseph Pilates fundamentals while incorporating modern creative choreography, offering multi-level classes from Essentials through to Mastery (Levels 1–4), plus a Pilates Prime class for those aged 65+. All newcomers start with a free Essentials class, and classes are inclusive of all ages, abilities and genders.

Private, duet, trio and quad sessions are also available.
