Shore Pilates is a calm and tranquil Pilates studio situated on Southbourne Coast Road, a stone's throw from the seafront in Bournemouth. The studio offers group mat classes for all levels, taught by skilled teachers certified with Body Control Pilates or the Pilates Foundation.

Classes include mat Pilates, Pilates & FAMO (slings), Back Care Pilates, and Yoga including pre-natal. Small class sizes of maximum 9 participants ensure individual attention, with classes run in blocks of 5–8 weeks.
