Silverback Taekwondo is a friendly and welcoming ITF-affiliated Taekwondo club founded in January 2016, running classes in Barking and Tower Hamlets. The club is open to children aged 8 and above, with qualified, DBS-checked and First Aid-certified instructors.
Training focuses on physical fitness, self-defence, confidence, and building strong character through the core principles of dignity, strength, compassion, responsibility, leadership, and loyalty. The club has a strong competition record and is affiliated with England Taekwondo.
