SJA Martial Arts is a family-friendly martial arts academy based at Swansea YMCA, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Submission Grappling, and Combat/Self-Defence programmes for both kids and adults. Founded by Joshua Williams, the academy focuses on building solid foundations for students at all levels — from complete beginners to competitive practitioners.
Classes are available for children from age 4 upwards and adults of any experience level, with expert coaching from some of the UK's top practitioners, including one of the youngest black belt holders in the country.
