Slide Pilates is a boutique reformer and tower Pilates studio run by husband-and-wife team Nat and Michelle, with two locations in the Bristol area — Alveston and Yate. Founded after Nat's personal experience of reformer Pilates as part of his recovery from spinal surgery, the studio is built around a warm, welcoming ethos that celebrates every body.

Classes range from beginner Foundation programmes to Flow, Progression, Men's, Forever Fit, Pre/Postnatal, Tower, and private sessions. Alongside classes, Slide Pilates also offers reformer bed hire, repair and maintenance, and set-up and installation services.
