Sparks Pilates is Royal Leamington Spa's original boutique Pilates studio, founded by Lucy Sparks in 2025. The studio offers reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, strength circuits, injury rehabilitation, and personal training in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Led by a qualified Sports Therapist with a background in rehabilitation and teaching since 2015, every class is designed with a deep understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics — welcoming all levels, from complete beginners to experienced movers.
