Milton Keynes's No.1 weight training and bodybuilding fitness facility, located in Stacey Bushes. The gym offers an extensive range of Hammer Strength, Cybex and Nautilus equipment, two full sets of dumbbells from 1kg to 75kg, over 10,000kg of free weight plates, and a full cardiovascular suite including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, steppers and a StairMaster.
Additional on-site amenities include a sports injury clinic, sunbeds (Sunset Tan), a nutrition shop with chilled and frozen produce, and a gym clothing shop. The club also hosts bodybuilding competitions.
