Spillard Karate is a family-run karate school led by Sensei Alan and Sue Spillard, both 6th Dan black belts with over 30 years of teaching experience. Classes are suitable for all ages — children from age 5 and adults — and focus on fun, discipline, fitness, self-defence, and building self-confidence.
The school operates multiple clubs across London and the South East, with the first two lessons completely free.
