Stanza Fitness is Bath's boutique personal training gym specialising in small-group personal training with a maximum ratio of 4 members to 1 coach. Founded by Carl Constanza, Abi Taylor and Ben Clarke, Stanza combines the focused guidance of one-to-one coaching with the energy and camaraderie of a group setting.

Sessions run on the hour every hour, 6 am–8 pm Monday to Friday, making it easy to fit training around any schedule. The open-plan, Nordic-inspired facility welcomes members of every level — from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers — with individualised programmes built around each person's goals, abilities and lifestyle.
