Startstrong Fitness CIC is a community interest company offering free, specialist-led parent and baby fitness classes across Ipswich, Colchester and Stowmarket. Founded by Emma, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 5 Nutritionist specialising in pre and postnatal fitness, the organisation runs circuit-based workouts where babies stay close — no childcare needed.
Classes cover prenatal support, postnatal recovery, and general parent and baby fitness, with modifications for every level and stage. Grant-funded and completely free to attend, Startstrong removes financial barriers to help new and expecting parents rebuild their strength, find community and feel supported during one of life's most challenging transitions.
