Founded in 1992, Strathkelvin Judo Club is a welcoming martial arts club offering judo training for all ages and skill levels. Classes are held at two venues — St Maurice High School in Cumbernauld and the Ian Nicholson Centre in Chryston — with sessions for juniors, beginners, a girls-only class, and seniors.

The club is led by experienced coaches including Head Coach Allan Philip (4th Dan, BJA Level 2) and guest coach Alex Reid (6th Dan), and offers a free introductory first lesson to newcomers.
