StretchLAB is a London-based assisted stretching studio network offering physiotherapist-supervised, one-on-one stretch sessions. The Islington studio is located at 116F Upper Street, N1 1QP, a 3-minute walk from Angel and Highbury & Islington stations.

Each 50-minute session is delivered by a trained Stretchologist using a physio-led method drawing on PNF, passive, active and static stretching techniques. Every new client receives a full mobility assessment and a printed report, with mobility re-tested every 8 weeks.

Sessions focus on improving range of motion, supporting recovery and sleep, correcting posture, enhancing athletic performance, and reducing injury risk. The studio environment is described as warm and calm — warm wood, low light — and clients keep their clothes on throughout. Regular weekly attendance is emphasised as the key to lasting results.
