String of Pearls Tai Chi is a Tai Chi and Qi Gong school run by experienced instructor Laraine Tucker, who has been teaching for over 25 years. The school offers classes in Chen Style, Yang Style, and Zheng Man Qing Yang 37, held at multiple venues across Leicestershire.

Classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility, posture, and mental wellbeing, with a special focus on students facing musculoskeletal challenges. Laraine holds an Advanced Diploma in Exercise and Health Recommendations for Referred Clients and runs a dedicated GP Referral class.

Taster sessions, one-to-one private tuition, and an online Qi Gong programme are also available.
