Strong Ladies Club is a women-only small-group strength training programme run by qualified personal trainer Laura. Sessions are capped at 8–10 women and take place in private gyms across Surrey (Shepperton, Thorpe Green and West Molesey).

Perfect for beginners, every exercise is coached closely and fully adaptable, helping women build confidence, strength and muscle in a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. Sessions run Monday to Saturday with morning and evening options.
