Sun of a Beach Sauna is a wood-fired sauna experience tucked away in the garden of Flat Out coffee shop in Hove. Unlike typical urban saunas, they use a traditional wood-burning stove for a softer, more atmospheric heat. Sessions are available for individuals joining a community session or for private groups of up to 8.

The space is designed as a welcoming urban oasis focused on community, connection, and seaside-inspired relaxation — just a short walk from the seafront.
