BXR Marylebone is a premium fitness and boxing studio in the heart of London's W1, open since 2017 and the original blueprint for the BXR brand. The club combines a luxury members' gym with the SWEAT by BXR boutique studio offering boxing, cardio (22 Versaclimbers), strength & conditioning, yoga, Pilates and soundbaths.

State-of-the-art facilities include a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, infrared sauna, Normatec compression boots, lymphatic drainage, a private Joe & the Juice café, and the BXR Lab recovery suite. Personal trainers hold Level 4 certifications, Masters or BSc degrees, and the club's membership committee includes names such as Mark Ronson and Eddie Hearn.
