Tai Chi Bath offers Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan classes for all ages, abilities and experience levels in central Bath.

The instructor teaches the full Chen-style curriculum — including Tai Chi Exercises, Tai Chi Form (Laojia Yilu, 74 postures), Push Hands and Qinna — and approaches each class as an antidote to modern life, encouraging students to slow down and immerse themselves in whole-body movement.

Classes run on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7 Grove Street, Bath, and are structured flexibly so students can attend for one, one-and-a-half or two hours. Beginners are always welcome and no special clothing or equipment is required.
