Taramga Studio is an independent yoga and wellness studio inside Yonder in Walthamstow E17, founded by Lucie. Taking its name from a Sanskrit word meaning the movement and rhythm of waves, the studio offers intimate small-group classes across yoga, Pilates, Barre, dance, and specialist prenatal and postnatal movement.

With skilled, caring teachers and a strong sense of community, it's a place where you're known by name. Beyond the studio, Taramga also runs SUP yoga sessions on West Reservoir in Stoke Newington, seasonal workshops, day retreats, and monthly sound baths.
