Yoga Avenue is a multistyle yoga studio based in Tottenham, Haringey, offering classes suitable for all levels including beginners. Led by RYT 200-registered teacher Olivia Festy, the studio covers a wide range of yoga styles — Hatha, Sivananda, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin — as well as Pregnancy Yoga, Connected Yoga, and Antenatal & Parenting courses.

Olivia also offers private and small group bespoke classes, online and in-person antenatal workshops (including Hypnobirthing and Active Birth partner workshops), and Doula birth support. All regular classes are currently temporarily closed.
