AW Wellness Studios is a women-only weightlifting and wellbeing studio in Tottenham, North London, founded in 2020 by Alma. The studio takes a holistic, trauma-informed, mind-body-soul approach to movement and fitness, offering one-to-one personal training, small group classes (strength/lifting, core, conditioning, boxing, yoga), and courses and workshops.

Classes are kept intentionally small (6–7 women per class) to ensure a personalised, safe, and supportive experience. The studio is based a 2-minute walk from Seven Sisters station.
